Thief of Thieves: Season One, a video game based on Robert Kirkman’s best selling comic, launches today on Steam. Thief of Thieves: Season One is developed by the Finnish independent studio Rival Games in close co-operation with the multiplatform entertainment company Skybound Entertainment. Shawn Martinbrough, the artist behind Robert Kirkman’s Thief of Thieves comic, provided concepts behind many of the new characters.
About Thief of Thieves
In Thief of Thieves: Season One the player is Celia, the protégé of the master thief Conrad “Redmond” Paulson, who embarks on her first solo heist and meets a whole new team. The gameplay is about stealth and cunning — after all, violence is what separates thieves from thugs.

The game is divided into four volumes, the first two of which are now available on Steam. The volume 3 is out on July 23rd and the volume 4 on July 30th.
Rival Games Brings Comic To Video Game
“Being able to work with an already established IP was new for Rival Games, but Skybound gave us a lot of creative freedom and room to build our own characters and storylines into the universe of Thief of Thieves. Earlier this month, Thief of Thieves the comic book returned for one final arc on Conrad Paulson, with returning artists Shawn Martinbrough and Adriano Lucas and new writer Brett Lewis. The first issue of the final arc, issue 38, hit stores on July 4.
